Is Coffee Inflammatory?
Many scientific studies have been published that correlate caffeine from tea and coffee with better health and longevity. More specifically, regular consumption of coffee may reduce whole-body inflammation over time.

In another scientific study, half of the older people made more inflammatory enzymes, and half of them made less inflammatory enzymes after drinking coffee regularly.
Overall, more studies need to be completed in order to correctly determine the how exactly caffeine effects the inflammatory system in your body. However, it is a good idea to cut your coffee consumption to less than three cups every day.
Does coffee cause bloating?
Coffee can be known to cause bloating in some people who consume it regularly. When we drink coffee, our bodies produce the hormone cortisol because of the action of caffeine. Cortisol is the hormone that our bodies automatically produce when we are stressed or scared. The unfortunately thing is that our bodies cannot necessarily tell the difference between caffeine consumption and being stressed out. Drinking caffeine in beverages like coffee can lead to dehydration, so it is imperative to keep drinking water throughout the day as well.
Does coffee affect sperm?
Caffeine has been linked with effects on sperm for years now, which can be a disturbing possibility for many men out there. One study by the National Institute for Health (NIH) observed that semen did not seem affected in patients who drank coffee, tea, and cocoa. This is contrasted with those who drank caffeine containing drinks like cola and other soft drinks. Caffeine containing sodas seemed to decrease semen volume, count, and concentration.

When it comes down to it, coffee is neither extremely good or extremely bad for you. When it is consumed in moderation, coffee can be a great additive to a healthy life; it can be used to put a pep in your step and keep you going throughout the day.
